Sales Engineer / Sales Manager

• Must have a strong background in the wastewater industry (industrial & municipal)
• Strong understanding of the wastewater industry with respect to other industries (Oil & Gas, Food Processing, Automotive, Dairy, Municipalities, etc.)
• Background in selling Physical/Chemical Treatment systems as well as Biological Aerobic/Anaerobic systems
• Engineering degree required (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental or Civil)
• P.E. preferred not required
• 7+ years experience in the wastewater industry
• 5+ years selling wastewater projects
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• Well versed in the vernacular of the industry
• Experienced in selling both products and complex systems in excess of $1 Million
• Proven history of generating a minimum of $2 Million in revenues/year
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle, knows how to educate and lead a client from initial contact to close of sale
• Comfortable dealing with vendors in order to source products and services necessary for closing sales
• Well-spoken with clean professional demeanor
• Proven record of leading sales teams and helping to develop other sales personnel’s skills
• Capable of bringing along an extensive rolodex of industry clients


Project Manager

• Must have a strong background in the wastewater industry (industrial & municipal)
• Engineering degree required, advanced degree preferred but not necessary (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental or Civil)
• PMP required, P.E. would be bonus but not required
• 7+ years experience in the wastewater industry
• 5+ years as a project manager for wastewater projects
• Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously with values ranging from $100,000 - $10 Million+ (most projects will be between $250,000 and $5 Million)
• Has proven experience to lead and educate other engineers throughout the project’s life
• Excellent organizing and managing skills
• Well spoken and is comfortable in dealing with clients and vendors alike
• Proven experience sourcing vendors and negotiating for better terms or prices for equipment, systems, engineering, etc.
• Strong background in managing budgets and a proven history of successfully completing projects under budget (bonuses can be awarded for keeping projects under budget)
• Can work very well within team environments and is comfortable with managing projects in tight timeframes
• Comfortable working within a dynamic and versatile work environment (outside the box thinking for innovative problem solutions)
• Proven background implementing and working under QMS (Quality Management System) ISO 9001 specifically
• Skills in Project Manager software (i.e. Microsoft Project or equivalent) AutoCAD, etc. preferred but not required (some working knowledge would be very helpful)
• Well versed in the vernacular of the industry
